The club holds it's monthly business meetings on the third Tuesday of September, October, November, January, March, April and May. The doors open at at 7:00pm.

However, the formal business meeting starts at 7:30pm and normally runs to 8:30pm or 9:00pm. You do not have to be a member to attend our meetings. If you are planning to physically attend please email the executive prior to the meeting to reserve a spot (Due to COVID-19).

Business meetings are not held in December, July or August. Please contact the executive to see if an informal meeting will be held in those months.

We hold our monthly meetings at the rear of the City of New Westminster parks board building, also called Century House. It is located at 620 Eighth Street, New Westminster, BC.
